Terms of service

Rental Agreement

By renting an item from us, you agree to the following:

Rental period. Your rental begins on the date the item is delivered to you and runs for the rental period stated on that item's product page, unless you've arranged a longer period with us in advance.

Extending your rental. Want to keep an item longer? Just let us know, extensions are welcome and billed at the weekly (or per-period) rate listed on the item's product page.

Returning the item. Rented items must be returned by the due date, in the same condition they were sent, using the return method provided at checkout.

Late returns. If an item isn't returned by its due date and no extension has been arranged, the additional rental fee listed on that item's product page applies for each extra period it's kept.

Damage or non-return. You are responsible for a rented item while it's in your possession. If it is not returned within 14 days of its due date, or is returned damaged beyond normal wear, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for that item's full retail price, as listed on its product page.

Care. Please follow any care instructions listed on the item's product page, and avoid exposing rented jewelry to water, perfume, or harsh chemicals.
